WP10 - Project Management, Communication & Dissemination (months 19-36)
Objectives
Overall management of the IMP project, and effective coordination and communication with partners and EC are major objectives. The governing and advisory bodies will be established together with efficient operating, monitoring, reporting, and decision-making processes. Quality and risk management tools will be introduced. The DMP will be introduced, regular meeting organised and dissemination and communication materials will be developed.
Tasks
T10.1 Day-to-day management and monitoring (Task leader: MU, all partners)
The Project Coordinator in collaboration with the Project Manager and WP Leaders will ensure the day-to-day management of the project, its technical and financial implementation. Two meetings will be organised (Rome end of Y2, Prague/Brno end of Y3, MU, CNR) according to the plan; Meeting minutes will be elaborated with a record of decisions made and actions required. (D10.1, MU, M24, D10.2, MU, M34) . This will be coordinated by MU and realized at the level of all partners.
T10.2 Quality management and risk assessment (MU, all partners)
The quality management is ensured by the project coordinator, supported by the PM and WPLs. PC will monitor and ensure the compliance of the project activities with the project plan, deliverables, and milestones, as well as potential ethical, legal and social impacts of the IMP project implementation. Continuous assessment of the project progress and the earliest possible identification of problems or delays are perceived as crucial for the implementation of relevant measures. In addition to the quality assessment, the risks will be continuously monitored, identified, evaluated, quantified, prioritised, and mitigated by the PM during the whole project duration. The list of major risks will be continuously updated and assessed. This will be coordinated by MU and ensured at the level of all partners.
T10.3 Dissemination and communication (MU, all partners)
Based on developed dissemination plan the actions will be implemented to properly communicate the action and also to promote EIRENE as such (internationally, nationally). The website will be updated according to the development and progress to provide up-to-date information and to inform about the project progress. The measures to attract the interest of users, stakeholders and potential partner will be implemented – both in the form of specific events and the other communication methods (coordinated by MU, all partners participating). Based on the development and advancements of EIRENE RI, the Updated communication plan will be developed (D10.3, M30, MU).
T10.4 Enhancement and strengthening of the EIRENE Network (MU, all partners)
The activities described in 8.4 will continue in the M19-36. The up-to date information, vision and advanced shape of EIRENE and its services will be utilized to get the attention of relevant stakeholders and potential new members. Participation at ESFRI events, ERIC forum and other relevant networks is expected to strengthen the position of EIRENE. In terms of expanding the consortium, the EIRENE RI development report (D10.4, MU, M30) will be developed. This will be coordinated by MU and realized at the level of all partners.
